These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Huphi. By using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use Huphi.

1. The service

Huphi enables the purchase of digital products such as airtime, mobile data, prepaid electricity and prepaid water. Delivery and availability may depend on third-party networks and providers.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date account information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account.
• You must notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Payments, delivery and refunds

Payments are processed electronically through payment service providers. Because Huphi supplies digital products, refunds may not be possible once a product has been delivered or fulfilled, except where required by applicable law.

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is flagged for fraud prevention, we may cancel the related order and/or reverse the associated delivery where possible.

4. Prohibited use

• Do not misuse the platform or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• Do not disrupt services (including via automated requests or abuse).
• Do not use Huphi for unlawful or fraudulent purposes.

5. Availability and third-party services

We aim to keep Huphi available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Outages, delays, or failures may occur due to third-party networks, providers, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Huphi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. We are not responsible for losses arising from third-party network outages, provider failures, or delays beyond our reasonable control.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Huphi if you breach these terms, if we suspect fraud or misuse, or if required by law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of Huphi after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
