Huphi (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA) and other applicable South African laws.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers strictly for operating Huphi and delivering services, such as:

Payment service providers (to process payments)
Delivery/network providers (to fulfill digital products)
Hosting, security, and fraud-prevention service providers

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights and users (for example, investigating fraud or security incidents).
